Clever Sys. will provide technical support based on the licensing agreement made when you purchased your system(s).
Perpetual License
If you purchased a perpetual license for your system, Clever Sys. will provide one year of free technical support via email, fax, or telephone.
Annual Subscription-Based License
If you hold an annual subscription-based license, Clever Sys. will provide free technical support as long as the license is active.
